Ed Dickson's Return Date Still Uncertain
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Ed Dickson (groin, quadriceps) missed practice again on Monday and he still hasn't been able to hit the field due to groin and quadriceps issues. Head coach Pete Carroll is still uncertain when Dickson will be able to rejoin the team. He was signed to a three-year deal during the offseason to help fill the void when Jimmy Graham left for the Green Bay Packers. Nick Vannett has been operating as the No. 1 tight end while TEs Will Dissly and Kyle Carter have been taking reps as the No. 2, with Tyrone Swoopes also challenging for a spot. Avoid Dickson in all fantasy leagues until he can return and prove his health. Even then, he has been more of a blocker than a pass catcher in his career.
