Eagles Plan to Open Up the Passing Game in 2020
5 years agoThe Philadelphia Eagles plan to feature more of a down-field passing game in the 2020 season, according to general manager Howie Roseman. "We want to throw the ball down the field," Roseman said, "We don’t want to be station-to-station football." The Eagles were very methodical on offense late last season, but that was mostly due to almost every single offensive player being hurt. They went ahead and added three speedy wide receivers in this year's draft, highlighted by first-rounder Jalen Reagor. DeSean Jackson is also expected to be back and be healthy this season. The Eagles offense could look completely different by Week 1, and Carson Wentz should make for a strong fantasy quarterback as long as he can stay healthy.
