Dylan Floro Secures Seventh Save
3 years agoMiami Marlins relief pitcher Dylan Floro recorded his seventh save of the season in Sunday's victory versus the Cincinnati Reds. The right-hander didn't have the cleanest outing and allowed one hit, one run, one walk and struck out one. Despite the shaky appearance, he was able to close the door and secure his seventh save of the season. Floro has been in a committee with fellow relief pitcher Anthony Bender, but Floro has been getting more save opportunities and Bender has been getting hit hard in the month of August. Floro has been having a solid season out of the bullpen and is 5-4 with a 3.00 ERA and 47 strikeouts in 51 innings pitched. Those seeking saves should give Floro a look, but there may be better options on the waiver wire.
