4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals top outfield prospect Dylan Carlson has been included in the Cardinals initial player pool for the 2020 season. Carlson got 39 plate appearances in the first version of spring training this year, slashing .313/.436/.469 in those Grapefruit League games. Carlson is only 21 and many teams are including their better prospects in their player pool to make sure they can continue developing this season, but Carlson does seem to have a chance to get some big league at bats this season, as long as he continues to show what he did in February and early March. He has the upside to make him worth a late-round pick in most formats, and should already be owned in any dynasty or keeper formats.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
