6 years agoLos Angeles Chargers sixth-round pick Dylan Cantrell is lobbying hard for a backup wide receiver role with the team. The 6'4" wideout from Texas Tech has been showing out throughout practice, and he's been taking the Chargers defensive backs to task in the early going. There's still plenty of time to go through the preseason, but he's looking like an early favorite to end up on the back end of the depth chart. While someone buried in a depth chart isn't necessarily too exciting, the Chargers expected starters are Keenan Allen, Tyrell Williams, and Mike Williams. Most fantasy owners should recognize those names from many an injury report.
