Dylan Bundy Has Rough Start In Return From DL Friday
6 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Dylan Bundy did not fare well in his start Friday against the Twins, his first start since being activated from the disabled list with an ankle injury. Bundy lasted only 3 1/3 innings, surrendering six runs (five earned) on nine hits and a walk with two strikeouts. The poor outing could be given a pass as the 25-year-old probably had a bit of rust left from the DL, and he has been serviceable on the season as a whole. Bundy is now 6-8 with a 4.08 ERA in 17 starts. Things won't get any easier for him, as he is slated to make his next start Wednesday against the Yankees.
