Dylan Bundy Has Fantastic Start But Sees Bats Become Happ-Less Versus Jays
7 years agoBaltimore Orioles starter Dylan Bundy wound up with the loss on Monday night, but it wasn't his fault. He pitched a strong seven innings, striking out seven and giving up two runs on a two-run homer by Steve Pearce. It was later in the game when Josh Donaldson's crushing grand slam homer -- when Bundy was already long gone -- that sealed the loss. Since Baltimore only scored a single run, Bundy was the loser, though he didn't deserve it. His ERA is still great at 1.35. He's one of the O's starters to run out there when it's his turn.
