Dwayne Haskins Struggles In Week 4 Loss
5 years agoWashington Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins replaced starter Case Keenum in Sunday's loss to the Giants. After Washington's first four possessions ended by way of a turnover or punt, head coach Jay Gruden had seen enough. The offense didn't look any better with Haskins at the helm, however, as the rookie completed 9 of 17 passes for 107 yards and three interceptions. The Redskins' season is likely lost now that they are 0-4, which suggests there's little reason not to let Haskins play the rest of the way and build up some experience. The Redskins play the Patriots in Week 5, so Haskins isn't a fantasy option next Sunday even if he is declared the starter.
