Dwayne Haskins Sharp In Tuesday's Practice
5 years agoWashington Redskins rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins had two consecutive series to himself in practice on Tuesday. Beat writer Kareem Copeland says the first-year QB was accurate and decisive with his throws, hooking up with wideouts Paul Richardson Jr., Trey Quinn, Robert Davis and Jehu Chesson. "We'll see how he does in a game," head coach Jay Gruden said. "It would be kind of cool to see him in a game." It's uncertain if that debut will come in Thursday's preseason debut in Cleveland, and Gruden is not saying what the QB order will be. Haskins should be considered a QB3 at this point, and a long-term keeper option.
