Houston Astros manager Dusty Baker is officially returning to the team on a one-year deal for the 2023 season, the team announced on Wednesday. Baker, 73, earned his first World Series title with the team in his 25th season as a skipper as they beat the Philadelphia Phillies in six games. General manager James Click's contract has yet to be renewed. Both Baker and Click joined the team in 2020 to replace GM Jeff Luhnow and manager A.J. Hinch in the aftermath of the sign-stealing scandal. The Astros won 106 games under Baker in 2022 for the second-best record in franchise history. They will be trying to win back-to-back World Series title under Baker in 2023.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
