Dustin Wolf Snaps Skid On Thursday
21 seconds agoCalgary Flames goaltender Dustin Wolf snapped his three-game losing skid on Thursday evening when he stopped 26 of the 27 shots he saw en route to defeating the Anaheim Ducks. Wolf held a high 2.99 GAA with a modest .878 save percentage during his three-game skid. In Thursday's game, his lone blemish came in the opening frame when Owen Zellweger scored his seventh goal of the season. After enjoying an impressive stretch through December and January, Wolf took a step back in February and March, holding a 2.97 GAA with a .894 save percentage with a 5-7-4 record over this stretch. However, as a rookie, Wolf has been very productive at times and could be turning the corner just in time for the stretch run. Fantasy managers should expect him to remain in the starter's crease for most of the remainder of the regular season.
