Dustin Fowler Starting To Find Groove at Triple-A
7 years agoOakland Athletics outfield prospect Dustin Fowler went 2-for-4 with a run at Triple-A Nashville on Monday, according to Julian McWilliams of The Athletic. He is currently batting .286 with two runs, three RBI and two stolen bases. Fowler was competing for the center field spot out of spring but he did equally as poor as Boog Powell, who eventually got the job. The plan is for Fowler to get a good amount of at-bats in Triple-A before he is brought up to the majors for good, according to Jane Lee of MLB.com. Put him on your watch list in redraft leagues. In dynasty leagues, he should be owned if you have minor league spots.
