Drey Jameson Likely To Be Sent To Minors
2 years agoArizona Diamondbacks pitcher Drey Jameson appears to have been sent to the minors as his locker sits empty at Chase Field in Arizona. Jameson has struggled of late and the club needed to make a roster move to clear space for Monday's starter Tommy Henry who will toe the rubber in place of the recently designated-for-assignment Madison Bumgarner. Jameson has pitched to a solid 3.71 ERA in six appearances (three starts) on the season but has allowed five earned runs over just 4 2/3 innings over his last two starts with seven walks and four strikeouts in that time. Jameson also owns a 5.85 FIP and 16% BB% on the campaign as he's likely headed to Triple-A to regain his control and confidence for the time being.
