2 years agoOakland Athletics right-hander Drew Rucinski is slated to make another start for the team on Thursday against the Seattle Mariners. Rookie right-hander Mason Miller will get the nod on Tuesday, while left-hander JP Sears will toe the rubber for Oakland on Wednesday. In his first major-league appearance since 2018 with the Miami Marlins, Rucinski got the start last Friday against the Cincinnati Reds and allowed five runs (three earned) on 11 hits (one homer) while walking one and striking out one in 5 2/3 innings for a loss. The 34-year-old could stick in the rebuilding A's rotation, but fantasy managers shouldn't get too excited, especially for his next start against Seattle.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
