Los Angeles Kings defenseman Drew Doughty had his second three-point game of the season on Thursday, collecting three assists in a 4-1 win over Detroit. He also now has his second longest point streak of the season, having collected a total of seven points on a four-game streak. Sitting on 51 points, Doughty is closing in fast on the league's top three highest scoring defensemen, possibly recording a couple of new career highs in the process. He had 59 points in 2009-10 with 43 assists, and he's already got 42 helpers this year. It's been a great season for the 2016 Norris Trophy winner, who needs to keep up his level of play if the Kings want to return to the playoffs.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
