Draymond Green Just Misses Triple-Double On Sunday
4 years agoGolden State Warriors forward/center Draymond Green got close to a triple-double on Sunday, finishing a 106-105 win over Toronto with 10 points, 10 assists, and nine rebounds. He also had one block in 29 minutes, while shooting 3-for-8 from the field and 2-for-5 from beyond the arc. Starting the season injured has put a dent in Green's fantasy value, but it's still pretty early in the year and he should be able to turn things around when he's finally fully healthy and playing 30-plus minutes regularly. Green gets one day to rest before returning to action on Tuesday against Indiana. Domantas Sabonis is dominating the boards, but the Pacers actually aren't a very good rebounding team as a whole, managing a lowly 49.1 rebounding rate. Green should be busy on the glass again, and he always finds a way to fill the stat sheet even if he's not a big scoring threat.
