Draymond Green Hands Out 16 Assists In Three Quarters
4 years agoGolden State Warriors forward Draymond Green matched his career-high with 16 assists in three-quarters of Monday's blowout win over Cleveland. Green only had six points but rounded out his line with eight rebounds, two blocks, and a steal. The veteran forward has been on a passing binge lately, as he has 86 assists over his last seven games, the most by a power forward/center since Wilt Chamberlain in 1967-68. The Warriors offense is humming right now with their small-ball point-center in Green, who is also racking up defensive stats for his likely thrilled fantasy managers. He'll get a Wednesday matchup against the Heat, who have allowed the 11th-most dimes in the NBA this year.
