Doug McDermott To Miss The Rest Of The Season
3 years agoSan Antonio Spurs forward Doug McDermott (ankle) has been diagnosed with a Grade 3 ankle sprain. As a result, he is expected to miss the remainder of the 2021-22 season. This was McDermott's first year in a Spurs jersey, and he was one of the team's core contributors during his time on the court. He played in 51 games and started each one of them, averaging 11.3 points and 2.1 three-pointers per game. Devin Vassell has stepped into the starting five with McDermott out, and he's had a good run lately. Vassell should be rostered in just about all fantasy leagues the rest of the way.
