Dontrelle Inman Hauls in Touchdown in Playoff Battle with Houston
6 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Dontrelle Inman hauled in all four of his targets for 53 yards and a touchdown in a 21-7 win over the Houston Texans in the AFC Wild Card Round on Saturday. Inman was responsible for an 18 yard score in the second quarter that put the Colts up 21-0 before the half, at which point the team leaned away from throwing the ball and instead put the game in running back Marlon Mack's hands. As one of the underrated free agent signings by head coach Frank Reich, Inman put on a clinic and repeatedly put Texans corner Kareem Jackson on skates with exceptional route running. His nine receptions for 123 receiving yards and two touchdowns over the Colts last two games makes Inman an intriguing fantasy option for the upcoming battle against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Divisional Round, who gave up the second most passing yards per game in the 2018 regular season.
