D'Onta Foreman Working Out For Falcons
3 years agoThe Atlanta Falcons have long been expected to make a move to shore up their running back depth. On Tuesday, the team brought in former Texans and Titans running back D'Onta Foreman for a visit. Foreman likely won't be able to beat out Mike Davis for starting reps if signed, but he could impact the viability of Qadree Ollison or Javian Hawkins, the current backups to Davis. Foreman's NFL career never really got off the ground after an Achilles injury but he did play in 2020 for the first time since 2018, rushing 22 times for 95 yards and adding one touchdown catch on his only reception. He's still young, but there's concern that the Achilles injury has limited his movement and explosiveness. He'd be a late round dart throw at best if signed.
