D'Onta Foreman Has Good Matchup In Week 10
1 year agoChicago Bears running back D'Onta Foreman is coming off the highest number of rushing attempts he's had in a game this year, with 20 carries for 83 yards in the team's 24-17 loss to the Saints in Week 9. The 27-year-old displayed efficiency by averaging over four yards per carry but did not receive any touches in the passing game. Week 10 offers a promising matchup as the Panthers have allowed the second-highest PPR points per game to running backs this season. Khalil Herbert (ankle) has participated fully in practice for two sessions this week and may return from the IR for Thursday Night Football. If Herbert is activated, Foreman's role is likely to be reduced, making him a risky play this week. However, if Herbert misses another game, the veteran running back could be in line for 15+ touches against a defense that has struggled against running backs.
