2 years agoPhoenix Raceway has been a very good track for Ty Dillon over the course of his career, but you shouldn't expect him to do that well this weekend. Over the last 11 races at this track, Ty has finished 21st or better nine times (81.8%) but things are a bit different this time around. This season, Dillon is racing the #77 Chevrolet for Spire Motorsports, which is a significant equipment downgrade for Ty. Through the first three races this season, Ty Dillon ranks the worst in Average Running Position, and his practice times on Friday this weekend were near the bottom of the field as well. Although his track record is encouraging, don't expect much from Ty Dillon in Phoenix on Sunday.--Jordan McAbee
