3 years agoThe Utah Jazz will be massively shorthanded for Friday's contest vs. the Raptors, with the starting backcourt of Donovan Mitchell (back) and Mike Conley (rest) among those unavailable. With other key contributors such as Rudy Gobert (health and safety protocols), Bojan Bogdanovic (finger), Jordan Clarkson (back) and Royce O'Neale (knee) also sidelined, any healthy member of the Jazz stands to see enormous DFS upside. Jared Butler should see all the minutes and offensive duties that he can handle, while Eric Paschall and Hassan Whiteside also should step into higher usage. Conley should be back in action Saturday against Indiana, although fantasy managers will want to check back for an update on Mitchell.--Jesse Borek

3 weeks agoMinnesota Timberwolves point guard Mike Conley (finger) will be active on Friday against the Houston Rockets. He is ready to return from a four-game absence after the team initially labeled Conley as questionable for Friday's contest. Nickeil Alexander-Walker will likely return to the bench now that Conley is back. Meanwhile, Rob Dillingham will also have a reduced role in the rotation. Conley has been relatively quiet for most of the season, but he had a solid stretch of games just before his injury, averaging 11.3 points and 7.0 assists in 28.8 minutes over four games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

3 weeks agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard Mike Conley (finger) is questionable for Friday's contest against Houston. The veteran has been sidelined by a finger injury of late, keeping him off the floor for Minnesota's final four games heading into the All-Star break. If he remains on the shelf versus the Rockets, Nickeil Alexander-Walker will likely continue to operate at the one. But if Anthony Edwards (hip) is also ruled out, Rob Dillingham and Jaylen Clark may also seen extra work.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

4 weeks agoMinnesota Timberwolves point guard Mike Conley (finger) will remain in street clothes for Thursday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. He has been ruled out for a fourth consecutive game after Minnesota initially listed Conley as questionable on the injury report. Conley's injury has increased the fantasy values of Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Rob Dillingham. Both players may get an additional boost on Thursday due to Anthony Edwards' (hip) absence. Minnesota's star man is considered a game-time decision for the matchup.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

4 weeks agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard Mike Conley (finger) is part of a lengthy injury report for the Timberwolves as they head into Thursday's matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Anthony Edwards (hip) and Rudy Gobert (back) join Conley as questionable, and Minnesota may just let the young guys carry the load as they head into the All-Star break. Conley has missed the last three games with a sprained right index finger, and while he has been out, Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Rob Dillingham have been productive in the backcourt. Both NAW and Dillingham have huge upside as streaming and DFS plays if Conley remains out and Edwards also gets the night off.--Zach Thompson - RotoBaller
