Dolphins Waive Antonio Callaway
4 years agoThe Miami Dolphins waived wide receiver Antonio Callaway on Monday. Callaway played in five games (one start) for the Dolphins this year after being reinstated from a suspension, catching just two passes on four targets for 20 yards. He caught 43 passes for 586 yards and five touchdowns in 16 games in his rookie year with the Browns after Cleveland selected him in the fourth round out of Florida. But the 23-year-old hasn't found the end zone since and has played in only nine games since 2018 while dealing with suspensions. Callaway didn't play a single offensive snap in the Week 15 win over the Patriots and will just be hoping to latch on with another organization as wide receiver depth.
