The Miami Dolphins are placing wide receiver DeVante Parker (hamstring) on Injured Reserve on Friday after he suffered a setback with his troublesome hamstring in practice this week. Parker, who has already missed three games this year with hamstring and shoulder issues, will now be forced to miss at least three more games. Will Fuller (finger) also remains on IR, so there's a good chance that Preston Williams will be active in Week 9 against the Houston Texans after being a healthy scratch last week. Rookie Jaylen Waddle still remains the most attractive fantasy wideout in Miami, and he's a great option for fantasy lineups this weekend against Houston.
