The Miami Dolphins are not ruling out releasing defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, according to an NFL official who spoke with the team. It isn't likely or unlikely at this point, but the team has it under consideration as they determine if restructuring him or releasing him is the better option. Suh brings with him an enormous $26.1 million salary cap hit in 2018. If he's released, it would likely be before March 19, when $8.5 million of his $17 million base salary becomes guaranteed. Suh has been named to the Pro Bowl five times and remains one of the best run-stopping defensive lineman in the game. If he were to be released and hit the open market, he'd be one of the bigger names available.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
