5 years agoThe Miami Dolphins were one of the teams that showed the most interest in trading for running back Todd Gurley II in recent weeks before he was released by the Rams on Thursday, according to a source. The former 10th overall pick by the Rams in 2015, Gurley's chronic knee issues have made him more of committee back in the last year and change. Miami already signed Jordan Howard in free agency, but they'd be best off adding another running back or two in free agency or through the draft, as Kalen Ballage is the No. 2 back currently. Gurley would have low-end RB2 fantasy appeal if he's sharing the backfield with Howard in Miami.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
