Dolphins Agree With Vince Biegel, Cethan Carter
4 years agoThe Miami Dolphins agreed to deals with linebacker Vince Biegel and fullback/tight end Cethan Carter on Monday, according to league sources. Carter signed a three-year deal worth $8.25 million, with $2.7 million guaranteed. Biegel's deal is for one year. He'll return after missing all of 2020 with an Achilles tear suffered in training camp last August. Biegel will provide edge-rushing depth in Miami after starting in 10 of 15 games in 2019. Carter spent the last three years with the Cincinnati Bengals and has only seven career catches on 10 targets for 66 yards and a touchdown. He has shown reliability as a run-blocker and as a special teams contributor in his career.
