Dodgers Option Mitch White To Triple-A
2 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers optioned right-handed starting pitcher Mitch White to Triple-A on Wednesday. White was optioned to the minors along with left-handed reliever Garrett Cleavinger as the Dodgers needed to make room on the active roster for starter Andrew Heaney, who was activated from the injured list, and right-hander Jake Reed, who was recalled. White has made 15 appearances this season, including 10 starts. He's been a quality option for both the Dodgers and fantasy managers, pitching to a 3.70 ERA, a 3.96 FIP, 47 strikeouts, and 19 walks in 56 innings of work.
