1 year agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers have shown renewed interest in free-agent outfielder Teoscar Hernandez, while the Los Angeles Angels and Boston Red Sox have recently shown interest. The 31-year-old slugger took a step back in the power department in 2023 with the Mariners but still slashed a respectable .258/.305/.435 with 26 home runs, 93 RBI, and seven stolen bases. While the Dodgers have already made some huge moves this offseason, they could improve their starting outfield, as Mookie Betts is slated to primarily play second base. The Angels could also do with bolstering their lineup due to the loss of Shohei Ohtani, while the Red Sox lost several key lineup pieces to free agency. Hernandez is a strikeout liability, but he hits the ball very hard. As such, he will be a relevant fantasy option in all leagues in 2024, but that will fluctuate depending on where he lands.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
