DK Metcalf Held To 36 Yards In Week 1 Win
2 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf finished with seven receptions for 36 yards and one fumble lost in the Monday night win against the Denver Broncos. The seven targets were nice to see as he was the clear favorite for quarterback Geno Smith. The Broncos' defense, however, was able to hold Metcalf to just 36 yards, allowing very minimal yards-after-catch. He had a solid outing considering it was the first game of the season against a tough defense. The 24-year-old should be viewed as a low-end WR2 going into Week 2 against the 49ers.
