However, Moore's performance hinges on the availability of starting quarterback Justin Fields, who is questionable with a thumb injury. If Fields cannot play, Tyson Bagent will step in again, and Moore's fantasy value is likely to take a hit. Moore's past performances with Bagent as quarterback have been underwhelming, with no more than 13.4 PPR points in a game and a recent decline in targets. Fields has been limited in practice this week, and for him to play, he will likely need to be a full participant in practice once. Without Fields, Moore faces a tough matchup against a Panthers defense that has been effective at limiting wide receiver points this season. However, Moore becomes a must-start option if Fields is cleared to play.
