Dinelson Lamet Throws One Inning In Rehab Assignment
3 years agoSan Diego Padres pitcher Dinelson Lamet (forearm) allowed one run on one hit and a walk while striking out two across one inning during a rehab outing with Low-A Lake Elsinore on Wednesday. He served up a solo home run while threw 9 of 16 pitches for strikes. The 29-year-old will work out of the bullpen when he's activated from the injured list. Lamet owns a 3.67 ERA, 1.40 WHIP, and 38 strikeouts across 34 1/3 innings in 2021. Due to the uncertainty of his health and role, the Padres right-hander is mainly a stash in dynasty leagues.
