Diego Castillo Picks Up Third Save On Monday
4 years agoTampa Bay Rays closer Diego Castillo earned his third save of the year on Monday, allowing just one walk and one hit while striking out the side in the ninth inning of a 1-0 win over the Rangers. Castillo is now 3-for-4 in save opportunities this season, with a 1.59 ERA and eight strikeouts in 5 2/3 innings of work. He has only allowed one run this year, coming on a home run that earned him a blown save against the Red Sox. He's one of the top closers in fantasy right now, and managers should grab him if he is somehow still on the waiver-wire.
