6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler will be on the bench for Wednesday's contest against Jhoulys Chacin and the Milwaukee Brewers. Fowler has been hot as of late, with hits in 11 of his past 12 games. In his absence, Lane Thomas will start in center field and bat eighth. Thomas has a home run and four RBI through seven at-bats this season.
