Devin Booker Has Awful Game Against Memphis
4 years agoPhoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker shot a horrible 5-for-21 from the field and finished with a 12-point dud in Monday's loss to Memphis. Booker opened the scoring in the game but then had to wait for the final minutes of the opening half to add to his tally. He was 2-for-6 from downtown in the game with no free throws attempted. Booker filled the rest of his line with four assists, three rebounds, and one steal. His backcourt partner Chris Paul did much better with 16 points, seven assists, three rebounds, and three steals. CP3 has a revenge game against Houston next. He really enjoyed the matchup last season by averaging a 20-6-4 line in three appearances. Booker, who averaged 29 points against the Rockets last season with 51 percent shooting, has actually scored quite efficiently this month, so look for him to get going again straight away on Wednesday.
