Clarity Offered On Deshaun Watson's Shoulder Injury
1 year agoCleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (shoulder) is reportedly dealing with a strain of the subscapularis of his rotator cuff, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. According to Schefter, that sort of injury usually requires a 4-to-6-week rehab for pitchers in baseball. Watson initially suffered the injury four weeks ago in a win over the Tennessee Titans and returned to action in Week 7, albeit only for a short time before he got knocked out of the game after taking a big hit. In the meantime, he will continue to work at regaining strength and velocity on his throws. Watson is looking questionable to play in Week 8 against the Seattle Seahawks.
