San Antonio Spurs point/shooting guard Derrick White shot 10-for-12 from the floor during his team’s win over the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday, notching 23 points in an outing for the third time this year. He tied his season high with three made triples, also pitching in four rebounds and three assists across his 31 minutes. White’s ceiling remains capped by the balance of the San Antonio offense, but he is a consistent contributor whom the team has entrenched in the starting five. He draws a tough matchup Wednesday against the Denver Nuggets, who have corralled opposing point guards this season.--Jesse Borek

Boston Celtics guard Derrick White nearly collected his second double-double in Wednesday's 91-90 loss to the New York Knicks, scoring 20 points on 6-for-17 shooting and grabbing nine rebounds. He also had five assists and a team-high two blocks in 40 minutes of action. White has been productive to start the series, but everyone on the Celtics roster appears to be struggling with their shooting at the moment, including him. He has nailed just 34.3 percent of his attempts from the field against the Knicks, while going 29.6 percent from outside. Despite his poor efficiency, White was tied for the most points on the team Wednesday night and is sure to play a big role again on Saturday, when the series continues in the Big Apple.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Boston Celtics guard Derrick White (neck) won't play on Sunday against the Hornets. The Celtics already locked up the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference. Fortunately, this will allow the club to sit White and the rest of their core producers. As a result, Payton Pritchard, who had 15 points and 10 assists in his last start, should be a popular option for DFS managers versus one of the worst teams in the National Basketball Association.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Boston Celtics guard Derrick White (ankle) won't play on Wednesday against Orlando. The Celtics secured the No. 2 spot in the Eastern Conference, so the team can afford to give their core performers a night off, with Jayson Tatum (ankle), Jrue Holiday (shoulder), Kristaps Porzingis (illness), and Al Horford (knee) already ruled out. In addition, Jaylen Brown (knee) is questionable. As a result, the C's may lean heavily on Payton Pritchard and Baylor Scheierman to do most of the heavy lifting out of the backcourt on Wednesday night.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Boston Celtics guard Derrick White (toe) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Knicks. The toe injury is nothing new. Fortunately, he hasn't missed a game since March 15. White has averaged 20.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists in three meetings with New York this season. However, with Jayson Tatum (ankle), Kristaps Porzingis (illness), and Jaylen Brown (knee) questionable, White may be even more potent on the scoring end, assuming he's cleared to play.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
