Derrick Lewis Earns Knockout In Main Event
4 years agoDerrick Lewis won his third bout in a row, knocking out veteran Alexey Oleinik in the second round. Lewis landed 35 significant strikes, dominating the standup activity. As expected, he was almost caught in a scarf-hold submission near the end of the first round. Lewis came out quick in the second round and knocked out Oleinik just 21 seconds into the round. The No. 4 heavyweight may have a date soon with No. 3 wrestling-based Curtis Blaydes, which may be a long night for Lewis. If that's the case, it may not be a good idea to go with The Black Beast.
