Derrick Jones Jr. Earns Questionable Tag For Thursday
Derrick Jones Jr. (foot) has been upgraded to questionable for Thursday's contest versus Philadelphia due to a sprained left foot. Jones has missed the team's three previous outings due to the injury, which has allowed Nassir Little (knee) and Rodney Hood to enter the starting five, with the latter likely losing much of his fantasy shine should Jones ultimately return. After failing to score in double figures across his first 12 contests of the season, Jones has reached that threshold three times in his last five games. Check back prior to tip-off to get the final word on his status as another absence puts Hood in play as a DFS punt play.

Derrick Jones Jr. Returning On Friday
Derrick Jones Jr. (groin) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Friday's game against the New York Knicks. It appears Jones will be back in the mix after missing each of the last three games due to a groin issue. Jones has been playing a bigger role in the rotation lately with Norman Powell (hamstring) being sidelined. The expectation is that he'll continue playing 20-plus minutes until Powell returns. Bogdan Bogdanovic and Kris Dunn could lose some playing time with Jones getting back in the mix on Friday.

Derrick Jones Jr. To Sit Out A Second Consecutive Game
Derrick Jones Jr. (groin) will sit out a second consecutive game on Tuesday against the Phoenix Suns. He is battling a right groin strain, and given the nature of the injury, there is a strong possibility that Jones Jr. will also not be ready to return on Wednesday when the Clippers face the Detroit Pistons. Bogdan Bogdanovic and Amir Coffey are set to receive more work on Tuesday, especially with Norman Powell (hamstring) also sidelined. Bogdanovic is the more attractive fantasy piece of the two. Since moving to L.A., he has averaged 10.6 points and 3.1 assists in 24.9 minutes.

Derrick Jones Jr. Moving Into Starting Five
Derrick Jones Jr. will move into the starting five ahead of Wednesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. Head coach Ty Lue has decided to tweak his starting unit and move Jones into the starting unit on Wednesday. Kris Dunn will head to the bench after posting a dud during his 25 minutes of action on Monday. Jones has been decent this season, but he isn't someone worth starting in most fantasy formats right now. So far, Jones is averaging 9.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 0.9 assists in 24 minutes per game this season.

Derrick Jones Jr. "Fine" Despite Monday's Early Exit
Derrick Jones Jr. (hand) is not expected to miss time despite making an early exit against Miami on Monday. Jones Jr. hurt his hand and left the contest with 10:20 to go in the final quarter. However, Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue told reporters postgame that Jones Jr. was "fine" and available to return to the game. The former dunk champion finished Monday's game with nine points in 16 minutes. Jones Jr.'s fantasy stock recently took a hit with Kawhi Leonard's season debut. He has come off the bench in all three games that Leonard has played. But we should see Jones Jr. back among the starters as soon as Wednesday as the Clippers head into a back-to-back set, and Leonard, who remains on a minutes restriction, will likely get one night off.
