Denver Broncos defensive end Derek Wolfe (neck) underwent offseason surgery to fix a nerve issue in his neck that had been bothering him for two years, and he said he feels much better. The foraminotomy surgery completely took away the nerve pain that caused him to miss two games in 2016 and the final five contests in 2017. “I can turn my head like an owl,’’ Wolfe said Wednesday in an interview with 9NEWS. “It’s crazy. I can look all the way behind me. It’s insane.’’ Wolfe is back to working out and is using 120-pound dumbbells on the overhead press. He's hoping to have another big year in 2018 now that he's healthy. In 11 games in 2017, Wolfe recorded 18 total tackles and only two sacks, but he's key in boosting Denver's run-stopping defense when he's healthy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
