Derek Anderson Throws Three Interceptions
6 years agoBuffalo Bills quarterback Derek Anderson had a rough outing in his first game under center for the team on Sunday against the Colts. The veteran went 20-for-31 for 175 yards, while throwing three interceptions. Welcome to the turmoil that is the Bills offense. Maybe the most impressive stat for Anderson was he only got sacked twice behind that weak Bills line. With LeSean McCoy going out with a head injury, it put even more pressure on Anderson. We can’t be all the disappointed with Anderson, after all he’s running an offense he learned less than two weeks ago that isn’t exactly filled with weapons. As long as Josh Allen is hurt, Anderson should continue his starting role. Sorry Nathan Peterman, your opportunity is gone. However, Anderson isn’t really worth a look in any formats, unless you’re looking for a dirt-cheap punt play in DFS.
