Derek Anderson Announces Retirement
6 years agoBuffalo Bills quarterback Derek Anderson announced his retirement from football on Thursday. Mostly a backup in his career, the 35-year-old was initially taken with a sixth-round pick in 2005 by the Ravens. He spent four years in Cleveland to begin his year, one in Arizona, seven with the Panthers and finished up 2018 with Buffalo. Anderson had 60 career touchdowns and 64 interceptions while posting a 54.3 percent completion rate on 1,674 attempts in the NFL.
