Deon Jackson Start-Worthy In Week 6
2 years agoIndianapolis Colts running back Deon Jackson is in line to potentially make his first NFL start on Sunday with Jonathan Taylor (ankle) and Nyheim Hines (concussion) inactive against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Phillip Lindsay also figures to be involved, but Jackson out-touched Lindsay 17 to 14 in Week 5 and remained on the active roster ahead of him. Jackson totaled 62 yards on the ground last week and was effective in the passing game as well, hauling in all four of his targets for 29 yards. In Week 6, he will face a Jaguars defense that has allowed the ninth-most PPR fantasy points to running backs so far this season. Fantasy managers should look to start Jackson as a low-end RB2 or flex play this week.
