Deon Jackson Efficient In Thursday's Win Over Denver
2 years agoIndianapolis Colts running back Deon Jackson rushed 13 times for 62 yards and caught all four targets for 29 yards in Thursday's overtime win over the Denver Broncos. He led the Colts in rushing yards and took on a more prominent role once Nyheim Hines (concussion) suffered a concussion in the first quarter and was ruled out for the rest of the game. Jackson split carries with Phillip Lindsay but out produced him by 22 rushing yards on Thursday. The 23-year-old could have an expanded role in Week 6 against the Jaguars if Jonathan Taylor (ankle) and Hines are ruled out. Jackson is a speculative add in deep-league formats.
