Denny Hamlin's last-lap pass for the win was a first at Kansas Speedway. Hamlin and Kyle Larson battled from the restart of Lap 221 for the lead. Then on the final lap, Hamlin slightly tapped Larson in the back of his car after Larson got into the wall. This slight contact turned Larson's car into the outside wall, and Hamlin raced to the checkered flag. Not only was the win Hamlin's first of the season, but it also ends his 33-race winless streak. Hamlin has tied Tony Stewart for 15th on the all-time wins list with 49 career victories. The win was the 400th victory for Joe Gibbs Racing -- 203 in the Cup Series and 197 in the Xfinity Series.--Eric DeWilde
