4 years agoDenny Hamlin's rough Sunday at Talladega helps this week at Kansas. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver starts all the way down at 20th on Sunday. Up until Talladega, Hamlin had finished in the top five in six consecutive races padding his Cup Series lead. He got into several collisions last week and ended up three laps down in 32nd. That humbling lesson figures to benefit the No. 11 this weekend. The last three races on the 1.5-mile track have been quite good for the Toyota driver. Hamlin had two wins and led at least 57 laps in each start. He could break through and win on Sunday.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
