7 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. didn't let a knee problem bother him on Sunday, as he finished a 109-97 loss to Philadelphia with his fifth career double-double, matching a career-high with 11 assists and scoring 20 points on 9-for-19 shooting. Smith Jr. played 40 minutes, so it doesn't seem like the knee injury, which forced him to miss one game this week, is all that serious. Look for him to finish off his rookie year with a bang, as he gets a very favorable matchup in the regular season finale at home against the Suns.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
