Dennis Schroder's Second-Half Season Outook
Dennis Schroder is currently averaging 19.5 points, 6.3 assists and 3.1 rebounds in 31.3 minutes per game. These are all either tied for career highs or career highs. He is playing the best he ever has and has an ultra-green light in terms of shooting. Seventeen field goal attempts a night while shooting 43 percent from the floor does not equate to many efficient nights, but that's not what the Hawks are worried about. He will continue to shoot the Hawks right into contention for a top-three draft pick, which is exactly what the Hawks want him to do. Along the way, maybe he will work on his jumper and be more of a threat next season, where the team may actually be trying to win. Schroder's fantasy stock probably won't rise or fall as the second half of the season rolls around.
