Dennis Schroder Fills Up The Box Score In Friday's Win
4 years agoLos Angeles Lakers guard Dennis Schroder did a little bit of everything for his team in a 100-86 win over Cleveland on Friday. Schroder poured in 17 points with seven assists, five rebounds, four steals, a block, and a triple 32 minutes. He did have seven turnovers- one game after having six- so he's certainly not taking great care of the basketball- though, to some extent, it comes with the territory of having a heavy-usage role in the absence of LeBron James (ankle) and Anthony Davis (calf). Schroder has at least 15 points, seven assists, and two steals in each of his last three games, with a Sunday matchup coming up against the Magic. He's a must-play against Orlando's depleted backcourt, which has allowed the third-most FanDuel points to point guards.
